Thank you for your interest in our workshops, retreats, and special events. We strive to provide you with valuable and enriching experiences through our events. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a change in your plans. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Refund Policy:We do not offer refunds for cancellations of workshops, retreats, or special events. Instead, we provide credit that can be applied towards future events organized by Art of the Heart. 
2. Credit Policy: In the event you need to cancel your participation, we offer a credit that can be used towards registering for a different workshop, retreat, or special event offered by Art of the Heart. The credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation and can be used for events of similar or lesser value. Only offered and honored  if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance to event. 
3. Transferring Credit: If you're unable to attend a specific event and wish to transfer your credit to another person, please contact us via the contact form. We will guide you through the credit transfer process.
